Equipment & Lost Items

Free equipment and items left after return.
  1. All cars have an ETC unit; bring your own ETC card.
  2. Navigation data may be old, so smartphone navigation is recommended.
  3. Bluetooth varies by vehicle. Equipment faults alone do not qualify for vehicle exchange.
  4. Check the cabin after return. Valuables may be turned over to police; food and unhygienic items may be discarded. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
