Rental Rules

Please check before departure.
  1. All vehicles are non-smoking. Cleaning charges are ¥10,000 for smoke, strong odours, pet hair, fishing bait spills, or excessive dirt.
  2. Only drivers listed on the agreement may drive.
  3. Lost, damaged, or water-damaged keys incur actual replacement cost (about ¥12,000) plus delivery and transport expenses.
  4. Customer-caused punctures incur a ¥12,000 vehicle-exchange fee plus delivery and transport expenses.
  5. Complete police procedures for parking violations. ¥25,000 is held if unresolved at return.
  6. After paying a parking violation, show the notice and receipt. The ¥25,000 deposit is refunded after payment is confirmed; towing and storage remain chargeable.
