Accident / Breakdown

Stop safely and do not continue if unsafe.

Help injured persons, move to safety, notify police, and obtain an accident certificate.
Photograph both vehicles, damage, number plates, and the entire scene. Record the other driver's contact and insurance details.
Use the accident report on this page to send your name, vehicle number, location and photos.
Do not enter flooded roads or restart an engine stopped in water.
For a stuck vehicle, flat tyre, or fuel shortage, contact us before arranging towing.
For theft, call 110 and the shop.

During storms avoid coasts, rivers, underground parking and low ground, and follow evacuation and shop instructions.
If stuck or off the road, use hazards and send photos and location. Rescue caused by unsuitable-road use is chargeable.
On an expressway fuel shortage, leave the car and wait beyond the guardrail; fuel delivery requires advance contact.
For theft, contact police and the shop. Valuables are generally not covered; NOC and lost-key costs may apply.
